Bathurst Hospital Redevelopment

MBM is assisting Health Infrastructure NSW with the extensive redevelopment of Bathurst Health Services.

The Bathurst Health Service Redevelopment involves the expansion of existing health services alongside an increase in acute inpatient services, expansion of the emergency department, Ambulatory Care, rehabilitation, pre-operative service, and diagnostic capacity.

The redevelopment will also provide a patient and resident-focused care environment with a high level of functional efficiency suitable for regional and rural facilities. The expanded hospital will enable the WNSWLHD to achieve their goals of keeping people healthy, providing truly integrated world class care, and clinical services.

MBM is providing full cost management service throughout the planning and delivery stages including business case, budget estimates, cost planning, cost reporting, value management, and more.
